This summer, I’ll be leading a small group of women who are committed to making a change in their lives to improve their health — all of whom have at least 25 pounds to lose. This 60-day challenge will take place via the My Challenge Tracker app. Our team of coaches – all of whom have lost at least 25 pounds themselves or are in the process of getting it off – will provide all the support, mentorship, and accountability you need to stay on track.
