Vanilla Shakeology Recipes
My favorite flavor of Shakeology is vanilla. The chocolate is fabulous, but it’s not as versatile. What I like about the vanilla is that I can create all sorts of yummy shakes with it. For added protein and fiber, I also frequently add a tablespoon of soaked chia seeds. Here are some of my favorites:
Mango Smoothie
1 scoop or packet Vanilla Shakeology
1 C. coconut milk
1 C. frozen mango chunks
Peaches and Cream Smoothie
1 scoop or packet Vanilla Shakeology
1/2 C. almond milk
1 C. frozen peaches
1/4 C. Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Raspberry Smoothie
1 scoop or packet Vanilla Shakeology
1 C. skim milk
1/2 C. frozen raspberries
1/4 C. Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp. soaked chia seeds (optional)
Blueberry Smoothie
1 scoop or packet Vanilla Shakeology
1 C. skim milk
1/2 C. frozen blueberries
Strawberry Smoothie
1 scoop or packet Vanilla Shakeology
1 C. skim milk
1 C. frozen strawberries
1 Tbsp. soaked chia seeds (optional)
