21 Day Fix Tip #1: Some bags of Shakeology come with a scoop with a fill line (my vanilla does, my chocolate does not – not sure about other flavors). Make sure you are using it! This will help you ensure that your bag lasts the full 30 days. Read the instructions on the back of your bag to see how many grams one serving is if you’re confused. 21 Day Fix Tip #2: To make the color/container system even easier for you, pre-portion your snacks ahead of time using colored baggies. That way, you can simply grab a snack that corresponds to the serving type/color you need. Use your 21 Day Fix containers to measure them out, then transfer to plastic bags. I got mine at Target last year, but when I checked back to get more a month ago they didn’t have them. Walmart also has had them in the past. If you still can’t fine them, here is a link to purchase them on Amazon: colored baggies
21 Day Fix Tip #3: I love the idea of a fitness notebook to not only track before/after measurements, but to store printables like menu plans, tally sheets, and so on. Check out our 21 Day Fix Printables.
21 Day Fix Tip #4: Prepping meals ahead of time takes the guesswork out of eating and helps remove temptation. View our post on Ideas to Prep 21 Day Fix Foods Ahead of Time.
21 Day Fix Tip #5: Use an HDMI cable to connect your laptop to your TV to stream BOD (Beachbody on Demand).
21 Day Fix Tip #6: Got picky kids? Print out a 21 Day Fix Foods List and have them circle the foods they like.
21 Day Fix Tip #7: Make healthy eating and exercise a family affair! Create a Family Fitness Tips Jar and work towards a common goal.
21 Day Fix Tip #8: Use Plastic Jelly Bracelets to track how many of each container you’ve had. Put them on one wrist in the morning, and after you have a serving of a certain color, move that color bracelet to the other wrist.
21 Day Fix Tip #9: Eat the same foods over and over again. Don’t complicate matters! Make big batches of something to eat multiple times. Shakeology for one meal/snack. Don’t feel like you have to reinvent the wheel.
21 Day Fix Tip #10: Did you know you can select the no music option and listen to these Spotify playlists instead? If you have #BOD the link is there.
21 Day Fix Tip #10:
21 Day Fix Tip #11: Travel containers for formula can also be used for Shakeology.
21 Day Fix Tip #12: If you can’t stick to the container system, start slowly. Make it your goal to replace one meal with Shakeology daily and at least one meal veggie-dense such as a salad, grilled veggies, or a vegetarian meal. Opt for lean proteins and try to cut bread and refined flour out of your diet.

21 Day Fix Tip #15:Get your head in the game. You won’t be able to succeed if your mind isn’t in the right place. I suggest my challengers do 10-15 minutes of personal development each day.
21 Day Fix Tip #16: After your first round of the 21 Day Fix, be sure you re-evaluate your weights. Go out and purchase heavier weights if needed. Or, move on to 21 Day Fix Extreme if you’re ready.
21 Day Fix Tip #17: Learn how to figure out container counts for mixed foods. That said, if you want to make this a long-term lifestyle, don’t sweat the small details of container counts. In most cases, close enough is good enough.
21 Day Fix Tip #18: Use the 3-Day Refresh to get over a plateau.
