12 Critical Core Activities of Beachbody Coaches
1. Your Mindset
Personal development is crucial to your success. You have to have confidence in yourself and what you have to offer.
2. Be a Product of the Product
All the coaches who are consistently moving up in the ranks are demonstrating on social media that they eat healthy, work out, and show that the products they are using are WORKING.
3. Work from a List
The word “invite” can be confusing, but it really just means you are working with a list of prospects. These are the people you want to connect with and work with. Be interested in them, don’t try to sell or recruit. BUILD RELATIONSHIPS so you can invite when the situation comes up naturally.
4. Increase Your Network
Add people to your network by about 3 people a day. Over the course of a month, that’s close to 100 new prospects per month. This is especially important in the beginning, then after a few months of doing this you’ll be transitioning to attraction marketing.
5. Introduce the Business to 3-5 People Per Week
This is a MINIMUM. This business is a gift that you’ll want to share that with others. Realize that out of every ten that you ask, three will eventually join if you are good at what you do. This may not happen right away. They have to go through the decision process and often that takes time.
6. Tracking Your Coach Prospects
Building and training your team is where you income really grows. However, it’s not enough to just introduce them to the opportunity. The magic is in the follow-up. Make sure that you follow up with your leads as they go through the decision process so you can answer their questions and have follow-up conversations. Continue to build relationships. Never say, “Let me know if you’re interested!”. Instead, ask, “Have you thought about it any further?”.
7. Host Monthly Challenges
Challenge groups are a way for you to build relationships. They’re also a great way for you to hold yourself accountable and demonstrate that you’re a product of the product.
8. Participate in Training
Get in on coach trainings. Training opportunities like the National Wakeup Call and Team Calls will help you learn about what it working for other coaches. If you don’t, you’ll miss out on important information and updates.
9. Follow-Up Blitz
Make follow-ups personal. Reconnect, restart conversations. Simply reach out to people again to continue to build relationships. Do this at least once a week as a blitz or power hour.
10. Post Three Engaging Posts Per Day
Morning, Noon, Night. Make them scroll-stopping. Ask questions. Ask for opinions. Don’t make them all about you.
11. Train and Mentor Your Team
Building and training your team will help you grown your income exponentially. Create systems to train your team that they can duplicate to train their own teams.
12. Be Patient and Don’t Give Up
This business takes time to build, even if you are working 40 hours per week in the beginning. It takes time because it’s relationship-driven.
