Transform :20 Weeks Two and Three
The Transform :20 workouts were a lot harder than I thought. At about three or four minutes in, I was already out of breath. Shaun was like, ‘GOOD WARMUP” and I’m thinking… shit! That was the warmup?? Um, yeah. There is no “easing into it” with this program.
That doesn’t mean a beginner can’t do them, but it does require slowing down the pace and implementing some modifications. I was really surprised…I have done Insanity Max 30, which I thought was difficult, and this was HARDER. That would be a great program to do first, by the way. It’s available for FREE on Beachbody on Demand right now.
It’s really as easy or as hard as you want it to be. But I’ll say this… I was really surprised at how challenging the workouts are. I like the term challenging, not hard, because you can make them as hard as you want, or as easy as you want by adjusting your own pace. This program is for anyone with a basic level of fitness, but you have to set the pace, you set your own goals. You’re only competing with yourself.
Shaun T is helping us through the workouts by giving us all serious attitude adjustments! My mindset is what needs the most help in getting through these workouts, and Shaun seems to know exactly what to say at just the right time.
I’m using the downloadable tracker, and I think it’s helping me stay challenged and motivated because I can actually SEE progress week by week. The transformers give you an inherent goal to shoot for, no matter how slow you start out. You’re only comparing your progress to YOU. I find that having a goal each day helps keep me interested and motivated in my own progress.
I’m following 2B Mindset nutrition with this Transform :20, because it gives me the flexibility I need to enjoy the foods I love while staying on track with nutrition enough to see true results.
The step is really helping me feel the workouts in my quads… seriously, they are on FIRE after some of these workouts. I was surprised that I could get a burn without using free weights. I also am really surprised at how much I feel it in my booty. After the commit phase, I definitely feel my legs getting stronger, and my endurance improving.

Please don’t reach out to ask questions about the program just yet. While I will need to keep a lot of the program information CONFIDENTIAL until it releases, I will be DEVOTED to sharing with you WHAT I CAN in the blog post I mentioned above. You can also follow me on Instagram and Facebook to hear all about it (well, ALL that I can say, anyway).
We’ve got WORK TO DO.
