When I am feeling like what I do doesn’t make a difference, I look at these photos and notes from my challengers. I don’t take ownership of their success stories. THEY are the ones that did the work. But if I encouraged them and helped them get to where they wanted to go, I feel happy. They help motivate me as much as I help them! You’ll see that in our groups we focus on mindset, not just physical, outward change. Inner work is extremely important to build lasting habits.
“You are amazing. I use Evernote, and I have so much that you have written and said in there. You build people up when they are at there lowest.” – Caroline B.
“Hello to all the terrific people in this group. When Kim Danger was nice enough to allow me in the group in April, I wanted in so that I could get in tip-top shape for my surgery on May 18th, where I donated a kidney to a dear friend. I want to let you all know that the surgery went wonderfully, my kidney is working magic for my friend and Dr. Martin Jugenburg specifically told me that my healthy physical condition greatly contributed to the success of the surgery. So now I’m in recovery and am going to bow out for now, because it’s too tempting to jump back into working out before I should. But thank you so much Kim Danger for letting me participate here. Best to everyone.”
“Six months ago I began my fitness journey with 21 Day Fix and the on-line fitness challenge groups led by Kim Danger. Because of these tools today I have lost 26.4 lbs and over 28.5 inches from my body! I started this journey to find a way to combat the effects of my Hypothyroidism and I am thrilled to say I have lost all the weight I gained and am now sleeping better too. This program isn’t my “diet” this is my lifestyle. I don’t even have to think about what to buy, make, or eat anymore. I workout every day and it isn’t a chore to do so. I feel amazing! I am posting this because I want to encourage anyone who wants to be healthier to do so. Don’t let a medical issue, time issue, or mental “I can’t” issue stop you from achieving your goals. Make the decision to change and stick to it! Six months from now you can be the one saying “I did it”!” – Erin A.
“I just realized i began 21 day fix about 1 month ago and i have lost 10 pounds! Whoohoo! Most of all i feel great-emotionally and physically. Thanks coaches and friends.” – Chris K.
