Peanut Butter Chia Energy Balls
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 C. oatmeal
- 1/2 C. vanilla Shakeology or protein powder
- 1/2 C. natural peanut butter
- 1/3 cup raisins (give ’em a rough chop) or chocolate chips
- 4 T liquid (skim milk or almond milk)
- 3 T honey
- 1 T chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Mix all ingredients and roll into 1-inch balls. Refrigerate. I have had people ask me which container these would be classified as in the 21 Day Fix. I think that because it’s so heavy on the nut butter I’d count it as a yellow “treat”. They’re not very low in calories. It’s all good stuff, but don’t eat too many!!
