I wanted to make sure you were all aware of the new Meal Planner available to Team Beachbody Club members. It’s pretty cool… you input your height, weight, age, goals, activity level, and it suggests a weekly meal plan. Here’s a sneak peek:
When you log into your Team Beachbody account, you’ll find it under “Eat Smart” and then “My Meal Planner”. If you don’t yet have the Club Membership, you can sign up for it here: Team Beachbody Club (free trial membership).
The tool will guide you through the Meal Plan Wizard, prompting you to select criteria such as activity level, program, age, height, etc.
There are a variety of different options….
The Meal Plan Tool will suggest a plan and calorie level based on the information you provided.
The Meal Plan includes three meals and two snacks, as well as recipes for suggested dishes.
