What are you doing for PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT these days? I am a firm believer that where the mind goes, the body will follow. So, keeping your mind fit, alive, and engaged with the world around you is just as important as eating right and exercising.
Just spending TEN MINUTES A DAY with a book, a podcast, an audiobook, etc. can have a huge positive impact on your life. Here are some of my favorite personal growth books as well as the business books I recommend to my team of coaches:
Best Personal Development Books on HABIT
- The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business by Charles Duhigg (a great read for emotional eaters)
- Atomic Habits by James Clear (Practical tips and advice for starting and maintaining any sort of habit)
- The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy (how small habits have a big impact over time)
- The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson (similar to the compound effect, this book teaches you to make small changes that have big impact)
- Switch: How to Change Things When Change is Hard (if you liked The Power of Habit, you’ll like this one)
