30-Day “Midwinter Meltdown” Group
Has the winter left you feeling less-than-fit? You know what they say, summer bodies are made in the winter – so with what little winter is left, we’re going to try to get ahead of the game! I also have a cruise coming up soon and two brand new bikinis to motivate me to exercise and eat clean. What is motivating YOU? I’ll help you dig deep to find your motivation so that it will lead you to success.
In this private Facebook group, we’ll be committing to one Shakeology shake a day and the workout of your choice (I’ll be doing 22 Minute Hard Corps). Coaches will provide a daily assignment, motivation, and check in daily to answer your questions. We’ll also talk about the importance of personal development in creating success in all facets of our lives.
“Preseason” starts Monday, February 29th. We will take a week to get to know each other, take “before” pics and measurements, get our meal plans in place and make sure we have everything to succeed. Then, on Monday March 7th workouts officially start. Feel free to start early – I will be! As always, I send “fun mail” to challengers who engage in the group.
