I drink shakes and smoothies almost every day. They’re a delicious way to refuel after workouts and get the protein I need. For my 21 Day Fix challengers, they’re also great way to get Shakeology as well as an extra serving of yogurt, fruit, or even veggies. Try adding a handful of spinach or kale to your shake, you won’t even taste it! Here’s a refreshing new smoothie recipe I recently tried. Mango and lime is a refreshing combo. Almost tastes a little bit tropical to me!
Mango Lime Smoothie
- 1 C. frozen Mango chunks
- 1 scoop vanilla Shakeology or protein powder
- 1 8-oz. container Silk Mango Peach yogurt
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 8 oz. water
Combine all ingredients and blend well. Garnish with lime and mint.
