LIIFT 4 Workouts
LIIFT 4 is the new program designed by Supertrainer Joel Freeman. It’s designed for REAL LIFE: Workouts are quick. It’s a get-in-and-get-out program that has you working out for just 30-40 minutes. Plus, you are only working out with this program FOUR days a week. The rest of the days can be used to do whatever you enjoy — running, hiking, group fitness classes – or nothing at all. Because your workouts will be intense, you’ll STILL see dramatic results in a short amount of time.
LIIFT 4 Nutrition Plan
LIIFT 4 also incorporates a solid, clean-eating nutrition plan. Like the workouts, it’s designed for REAL LIFE. Cheat days are OK, and no foods are entirely off limits. Read more about the LIIFT 4 Nutrition Plan
