Summer is finally here! Now is the perfect time to join one of the Beach Ready Now Challenge Groups. We will get your eating habits back on track and your body back in shape just in time for warmer weather. The Beach Ready Now coaches have Power Challenge Groups starting in June. Each one will provide individual accountability, inspiration, and support in a private group setting. One of them is sure to fit your own diet and fitness needs. Choose from:

Four by the 4th Running Challenge – In the 30 days leading up to the 4th of July, the Beach Ready Now coaches are hosting a free Four by the 4th Running Challenge Group. Whether you’re a newbie whose goal is to get through four miles walking, or an experienced runner focused on increasing speed, we will help provide you with the accountability to make it happen.
30-Day Planking Challenge – The plank is an isometric core strength exercise that involves maintaining a push-up position with the body’s weight borne on forearms, elbows, and toes. It’s great for strengthening the abdominals, back, and shoulders. We will be exploring different ways to plank and offer some fun surprises to keep you motivated!
7-Day Clean Eating Challenge – Clean Eating at its most basic definition means eliminating processed foods, additives, preservatives and artificial sugars from their diet. Basically, you’re eating whole, unrefined foods. Since you’re avoiding anything that has been altered in any way, your diet will be filled with whole grains, fruits, veggies and other wholesome, nutritious foods.
*Space in these groups is limited. We will reserve spots for those who have purchased a challenge pack from one of our Beach Ready Now coaches in the past six months first. Remaining spots will then be filled by those who have not yet tried one of our free challenges. If space permits, we will fill any remaining spots with those who have done free challenge groups in the past.
