Healthy eating does NOT have to cost a lot. Sometimes all that’s required is a little sense of adventure and willingness to try something new. We’re here to make it easier and more fun!
The DETAILS: Each week we will choose a healthy ingredient that does not cost a lot. Participants will try out the ingredient and share their recipe and original photo in our Beach Ready Now Facebook Group for a chance to win a fun prize. Entries are due by Sunday noon at the end of the week. I will compile all the recipes in a blog post and we will collectively vote on a favorite. Here are the upcoming assignments:
