2 tsp. minced garlic
juice of two lemons
3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1/4 C. extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. dried oregano
2 tsp. dried parsley
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Combine the garlic, lemon juice, butter, olive oil and brush chicken with it. Sprinkle with oregano. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Optional: Cut up onion wedges and add diced potatoes under the chicken. Add one 15-ounce can low sodium chicken broth. They will absorb the juices. DELICIOUS!
