4 boneless pork chops
¼ C. balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp. honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp. dried oregano
½ tsp. dried basil
½ tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Place pork chops in the crock pot. Combine other ingredients, pour on top. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
