Grilled Green Beans (or Haricot Verts)
This recipe is 21-Day Fix friendly (use your green container). It could not be easier, either. Just toss the ingredients in a large Ziplock bag and marinate for 1 hour or more (overnight in your fridge if you plan ahead. I served them with Copper River Salmon – DE-LISH!!! I would much rather have this be my splurge meal than something that’s not as healthy.
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
