7-Day Clean Eating Challenge – Starts 2/9
- What is clean eating? Many of you may not be sure what Clean Eating really means. With all the fitness and nutrition buzzwords out there, it can definitely be confusing. Most people agree that Clean Eating at its most basic definition means eliminating processed foods, additives, preservatives and artificial sugars from their diet. Basically, you’re eating whole, unrefined foods. Since you’re avoiding anything that has been altered in any way, your diet will be filled with whole grains, fruits, veggies and other wholesome, nutritious foods. ALL Program Challenge Group (6-Week) – Tentative Start 2/23
- In this group, my group of coaches and I will provide a daily assignment to help keep you motivated and on track. We will discuss topics like emotional eating, eating out, menu plans, temptations, late-night snacking and whatever the group decides is relevant to them in their goals. I will give you lots of my tips and tricks to keep you moving in the right direction.
