WHAT HAVE YOU GOT TO LOSE?
When I first decided to create a group specifically for those with over 25 pounds to lose, I never expected such a strong reaction. Some of the things people have told me:
“I am disgusted when I look in the mirror.”
“I am worried about my own health and I need to make a change.”
“I don’t want to turn away from my husband’s touch.”
“I just want to enjoy life again.”
I see that as heartbreaking in so many ways… but it also FIRES ME UP! When I think about the impact losing the weight will have on these lives; not just the physical side but the EMOTIONAL side- it gives me fuel to make sure I provide them with the best experience possible within our groups. I KNOW that change can happen!
You see, it’s not about what they lose, it’s about what they’ll gain. I’m humbled by this opportunity as a coach to help those that need it most. I want to help give back lost confidence. I want them to feel GOOD about themselves again. I want to help them see how when they set their minds to doing something, not just losing weight, they can DO IT.
In the past few days, I’ve had people reach out to me saying they didn’t hear about the group in time or the timing was off. For that reason, I’m going to be adding a SECOND 60-Day Extreme Results group opening up a week from Monday (June 5th). This group will follow the same format as the first group, we’ve just bumped the start date to accommodate more challengers. In our group you will receive:
