22 Minute Hard Corps Eating Plan
Tony Horton’s new 22 Minute Hard Corps program not only comes with military-inspired workouts, but an eating plan as well. Since your diet contributes about 70% to your results, don’t skip this part of the program! If you’ve done the 21 Day Fix, the portion-control containers are the same. What’s different about 22 Minute Hard Corps, as you can see above, is they recommend WHEN to have them and for which meal.
The 22 Minute Hard Corps food list is similar to, but slightly different than the 21 Day Fix foods list. With this meal plan book, more choices are given as examples, as compared to 21 Day Fix. There are also some great prep-ahead suggestions, how to repurpose leftovers (see below) and advice on what to do if you plateau. There are lots of yummy-sounding recipes and resources. I’ll be sure to share the ones I try!
