Salmon is great when you’re clean eating because it’s loaded with protein, contains the fats your body needs, is quick and easy to make, and tastes great. Here is a recipe that’s done in 20 minutes from start to finish.
Salmon Baked in Foil
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh thyme
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 4 salmon fillets
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl, combine the honey, vinegar, olive oil, thyme, garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk to emulsify. Place salmon fillets in aluminum foil. Brush with honey mixture and seal tightly. Cook until salmon is flaky, tender and cooked through about 12-15 minutes. Don’t overcook.
