Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Balls
1 1/2 C. oatmeal
1/2 C. chocolate Shakeology or protein powder
1/2 C. natural peanut butter
4 T liquid (skim milk or almond milk)
3 T honey
1 T chia seeds

Mix all ingredients and roll into 1-inch balls. Refrigerate. I have had people ask me which container these would be classified as in the 21 Day Fix. I think that because it’s so heavy on the nut butter I’d count it as a yellow “treat”. They’re not very low in calories. It’s all good stuff, but don’t eat too many! These store well in the refrigerator and freezer.
