7-Day Clean Eating Challenge: Gearing Up and Preparing
The 7-Day Clean Eating Challenge starts tomorrow, Monday March 17th! In order to make sure you’re ready to rock this challenge and be truly successful, it’s a good idea to plan ahead. Today, be thinking about your weekly menu plans and what you’ll be eating throughout the week. What’s for breakfast tomorrow? Lunches? Dinners? Go grocery shopping if necessary. That way, with a solid plan in place you’ll be less likely to cheat.
We’ve got a Clean Eating Food Log for your to print out and track your progress. All week long, we’ll be sharing recipes and tips to help keep you motivated here on the site. Everyone who has signed up for the challenge will also get some other tools via email such as a sample meal plan and a nutrition guide. Right now, There are ten of you signed up already!
