Can I sign up as a Beachbody Coach just for the discount?

One of the most common misconceptions about signing up as a Beachbody coach is that you actually HAVE to coach. Not true. In fact, many people sign up as a Beachbody coach just to get the discount on Shakeology and program. Don’t let the term “coach” scare you.  My team and I are to support you no matter which type of Beachbody coach you decide to become.  I classify coaches into three categories:

• “Discount Coach” – A Beachbody customer who has signed up to coach solely for the discount on programs and Shakeology

• Hobby Coach/Brand Ambassador – A Beachbody coach who uses the product, refers friends to the challenge groups but does not actively build his/her business or coach others.  This coach often earns back the cost of their own Shakeology/programs through the 25% network commission.

• Business Coach – A Beachbody coach who is actively building his/her business by engaging clients in challenge groups, offering advice, signing up other coaches, and building brand recognition through social media (I classify myself as a Business Coach)

Why it makes sense to sign up as a Discount Coach:

If you’re doing the 21 Day Fix and want to go another round in the challenge groups but with another program such as P90X3 or T25, signing up as a coach makes financial sense. You’ll get 25% on all programs and Shakeology orders. This is especially beneficial for those who drink Shakeology every day.   You’ll see how much you’ll save above.  Discount coaching is, in fact, the most common type of coach there is.  Beachbody stated that nearly 85% of coaches sign up solely for the discount.  There is a $15.95 monthly fee as a coach (to maintain your website/coach online office) but you’ll recoup that in Shakeology savings.  If you get Shakeology each month, it’s a no-brainer.

Why it makes sense to sign up as a Brand Ambassador Coach:

Let’s say you’ve been through a challenge group and love to talk about how well you’re doing with your programs.  Friends are noticing how great you look and asking what you’ve done to accomplish your goals.  When you talk about Beachbody, you already are a brand ambassador.  By signing up for a coaching account, you will earn 25% of any sales you make to your friends who join a challenge group.  YOU do not have to coach the challenge group if you choose not to (as your sponsoring coach, I will do that for you).   In fact, if you invite only 2-3 friends to join the next challenge group with you, you’ll earn anywhere from $80-$150!  Often, that’s enough to cover the cost of your own program!

How much does Beachbody coaching cost?

The most you will ever pay to become a Beachbody coach is $39.95.  If you are on vegan Shakeology, you will have made up for that fee in just 2 months.   You will also have your coaching fee of $39.95 waived if you purchase a challenge pack when you sign up.  This is by far the best deal, especially if you get one of the monthly promotions with Shakeology.  There is a $15.95 monthly fee as a coach (to maintain your website/coach online office) but you’ll recoup that in Shakeology savings.  If you get Shakeology each month, it’s a no-brainer.
