About Me:

I’m Nicole Bardugone, Living the life in Sunny Coral Springs, FL – My partner of 13 years Dan and I have two daughters Gia Lola 5 and Francesca 8 – I”m the Director of Operations for Florida Pool Heating.

Why I decided to become a coach:
I was overweight, tired and struggled to make the right food choices. I was a busy mom who didn’t have the time to get to the gym, finding Beachbody changed all of this for me. I committed 30 min a day to workout, joined a challenge group and learned how to make myself a priority. I decided to become a coach because I wanted to be a motivator for others who may be in the same situation and let them know they can do it to.

Becoming an Emerald Beachbody Coach

Your first “promotion” as a new Beachbody coach will be to advance to the rank of Emerald coach. Emerald simply means that you have two personally sponsored coaches, one on your left leg and one on your right. Most coaches make this happen within 2 weeks, sometimes 24-48 hours if they had partners in mind when they signed up, but with others it takes longer. You’ll want to rank advance to Emerald as quickly as possible.

The Benefits of Reaching Emerald Rank:

Free customer leads. When a customer purchases a Beachbody product online or after watching one of the infomercials, they are assigned to a coach. These people are ALREADY motivated to make a change. You get to help them reach their goal! You may even get a future rock star coach. Become emerald as soon as possible and nurture your relationships with your customers!
You can profit from team volume. What does this mean? As a an active coach who has not achieved Emerald rank yet, you only earn commissions. As an Emerald Beachbody Coach, you can earn team cycle bonuses when people in your downline sell products. This is volume produced by coaches placed under you – even if you did not personally sponsor them. Residual income is where the real income earning potential is. It’s not in individual sales. If your upline coaches are already placing coaches under you and you are not Emerald, you are missing out on that income.

Three Easy Ways to Reach Emerald Rank:

List your spouse/significant other as one of your coaches.
Think of people in your immediate circle of friends that share your passion for fitness, desire to help others and motivation to build a business. Working with a friend as you build your business is a way to make coaching more fun and lucrative.
When you invite to our challenge groups, always present the opportunity to sign up for discount coach even if they don’t want to work the business. That way they have the opportunity to save money on future orders.

Goal Setting for New Beachbody Coaches

Setting goals without writing them down is like driving across the country without a map. You may get there eventually, but who knows how long it will take?! You need not only a goal, but a plan and a timeline to help you get there.

If you’ve been through my Goal Crushers challenge group, you have heard me talk about SMART goals. SMART goals are:

It’s time to set some SMART goals for your Beachbody business. In your first month of coaching, your goals should include:

Hitting SC5
Doing 10 minutes of PD (Personal Development) per day
Achieve Emerald rank

Hitting SC5 should be a goal every month, but if you do this in your very first three months of coaching you will be given the title “Success Starter” and get a free ticket to coach summit. Emerald means that you personally sponsor two coaches (one on your left leg + one on your right). These can be people that work the business or people that simply want the discount on Shakeology and programs. It doesn’t matter – as long as they remain in active status you will hold your rank of Emerald.

Facebook Groups for Building a Following

Facebook is one of my favorite ways to grow my business, but if you’re not consistent this piece won’t work. Please watch this video about posting on Facebook:

In the video, Elite Coach Brittany LeGette gives tips on how to use Facebook to build your Beachbody business. She talks about using her personal Facebook page. I don’t use my personal page, but rather my blog and Facebook group groups. Using your personal page is fine, but I personally wanted to keep my business and personal lives separate. That choice is up to you. Her tips will work on either groups or pages. I personally prefer Facebook Groups to Like pages. They allow you to create more of a community rather than a brand presence. Keep in mind that you are communicating, not broadcasting. Your posts should generate engagement, not simply inform. (learn more about setting up a Facebook Group)

Go click on your Facebook group or page. Look at it from an unbiased perspective as if you were visiting someone else’s page. Now ask yourself:
→ As a visitor, would you find yourself INTERESTING?
→ Are you adding value for your readers?
→ Are they positive, upbeat and motivating?
→ Are you posting consistently 3-5 times a day?
→ Are your photos bright, crisp and colorful?
→ Are you sharing of yourself? Photos, videos and insights into your life?

How to Create a Vision Board that Really Works

A vision board is a tool you can use to help manifest the things, opportunities and situations you want most in life. Whether you’re a believer in the Law of Attraction or not; a vision board can help you get to where you want to be. They key is to select images that illicit emotion and then let your subconscious go to work in bringing those things to you. There are all sorts of ways to create your vision board, but in my experience these are the only things you NEED to do to make it work:

1. ADD POWERFUL IMAGES. I find a lot of my images online with the Google search feature. Or, I look for them on Pinterest or Tumblr. Only select images and quotes that illicit an emotional response when you look at them. Don’t create your vision board in one day. Only add images as you feel their power. Make it easy for you to replace images that no longer illicit a response from you with those that do.

2. PLACE IT SOMEWHERE YOU LOOK AT FREQUENTLY. You’ll need to look at the board frequently, preferably when you’re happy and relaxed. Feel the emotion and passion behind what you want to create in your own life. Let your “why” draw you in.

This is a picture of what I do for my vision boards. I found the frame at Goodwill and painted it black. Well what find of paint to use on old wood deck is you can improve quality of furniture. Black posterboard fits right inside it, so I can remove old boards and start over again whenever I need a fresh start. You will find this information useful about composite wood decking. Here are some other tips:

3. MAKE IT EASY TO REMOVE/ADD IMAGES
I found some cork tiles to add to my vision board which will allow me to easily add/remove photos with pushpins. When a goal or image no longer resonates with you, take it off and replace it with a more powerful photo. Or, create a digital vision board on canva.com.

4. PLACE INSPIRATION EVERYWHERE
Don’t stop with just a vision board! I love what challenger Jennifer F. did with these frames and quotes. It doesn’t have to be fancy or expensive – grab some frames at Goodwill or the dollar store. Print out the sayings on your computer.

Arugula Goat Cheese Salad

This is one of my favorite salads. For me, the goat cheese and nuts are a must. Just don’t GO nuts adding them, as they’re calorie-dense. Add other ingredients to your liking. I also really like pears, craisins and red onions. You could also try strawberries, oranges, or tomatoes. It’s all good! Use this recipe as a starting point.

Salad Dressing:

1/2 C. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 C. balsamic vinegar
2 tsp. honey
Salt and pepper to taste

Salad Ingredients:

Arugula
Red onions, thinly sliced
Pears, thinly sliced
Toasted pecans or walnuts
Craisins
Goat Cheese

I t saves me the time of asking the same questions over and over again. You can create up to three free forms on wufoo.com. More with a paid account. I have both a challenge group application and a coaching application. If you have a blog, you can even embed your application within a blog post
