With this group, we will focus on tightening the core muscles while we learn about proven ways to reduce fat around the midsection. You’ll get:

This 10-day group kicks off Wednesday, May 18th and ends the Friday, May 25th. Just in time to get bikini-ready before the long Memorial Day Weekend!

Workouts:
Each day, I’ll be sharing a free workout to stream for our group that is available on Beachbody on Demand. Some of them include: Ab Ripper X (from P90X), Brazil Butt Lift Carnivale Abs, and Extreme Abs from Chalene Extreme.
