Black Beans and Rice
- 1/2 C. canned low-sodium black beans, drained
- 1/4 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- dash ground chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos
- Himalayan sea salt, to taste
Heat all ingredients in a medium saucepan until heated through. Fold into 1/4 C. cooked brown rice.
