The Three Vital Behaviors
There are three things you’ll need add to your daily routine as a Beachbody Coach. In this organization, they’re referred to the THREE VITAL BEHAVIORS. They are:
(1) Invite. Invite. Invite. As many people as possible. Every day. Invite people to join your Beachbody Challenge Group. Have the courage to invite everyone you come into contact with. Invite. Then invite more. To me, it means SHARING the challenge group opportunity, it has nothing to do with selling. Inviting is always the hardest for most new coaches. You many need to reframe your thinking about it. If you believe in the programs and products, and share with those who need your help and support, it’s a win-win. Erase the word SELLING from your vocabulary and replace is with HELPING – which is what truly good coaches do.
(2) Be the proof the products work. Use the programs. Use Shakeology. Be a walking success story in progress.
(3) Personal development. Every day, read, listen to books on tape, use Success on Demand in the back office, or find a good seminar. Our most successful coaches don’t skip this; they aggressively seek personal development, constantly. Here are My Favorite Personal Development Books
