Inactive Coach
“INACTIVE” means you have enrolled as a Beachbody Coach but have not generated 50 Personal Volume (PV) points. When you sign up as a Coach with a challenge pack, your coaching fee is waived and you move up to Active status immediately. Keep in mind that Beachbody Coaches are never required to buy anything. There are no quotas to meet in order to qualify for commissions. As an inactive coach, you are still eligible to earn commissions and get the coach discount.
Active Coach
To maintain active status, you simply need to be a coach with 50PV every five weeks. Keep in mind that PV is not just your own orders, but anything your clients buy as well. So, if you have just one friend getting Shakeology Home Direct you will stay active as a coach. For anyone that is working the business and leading the Beachbody lifestyle, meeting the 50PV requirement is pretty effortless. It’s basically your own Shakeology order or one sale a month. 
Emerald Coach
An Emerald Coach has two personally sponsored (PS) coaches in their organization, one on each leg. This is when you are officially “OPEN FOR BUSINESS” as a coach. You will now be eligible for team cycle bonuses and Beachbody’s customer lead program. It is important to know that your team grows, and your team volume grows, the number of times you cycle per day will also grow and you will be cycling multiple times a day. It is also important to note that you are not solely responsible for adding to your strong leg, your upline coaches will do that for you as well. You are in charge of your weak leg. Emerald coaches earn $14 per cycle bonus and are eligible for customer leads from Beachbody when they hit Success Club minimums.
Ruby Coach
A Ruby coach has two personally sponsored (PS) emerald coaches in their organization, one on each leg. The team cycle bonus now goes to $16 per cycle. Most coaches don’t stay in this position very long. It is more likely you will reach diamond and bypass Ruby altogether.
Why Sign up My Spouse or Family Member? Keep in mind that the first two people you sign up as coaches will benefit the most from the hard work you do to build your downline organization. The first two coaches you sign up (one on either leg) will have everyone you sign up AFTER them in their organization as well, which will contribute to their team cycle bonus as well as yours. Once you reach Emerald rank, it is a great idea to also get your spouse to Emerald as well. That way you’ll BOTH be eligible for bonuses from coaches in your organization. A great way to double-dip!
Diamond Coach
A Diamond coach has two personally sponsored (PS) emerald coaches in their organization, one on each leg, and an additional six coaches in their organization, three on each leg. The team cycle bonus is bumped up to $18.
Star Diamond Coach Ranks
Once you are a Diamond coach, your focus will shift to helping others in your organization also attain Diamond Rank. Once you help your first PS coach go Diamond, you will qualify for Star Diamond Rank. To achieve that rank, you must hold that position for six consecutive weeks.
