Baked Salmon Marinade (2 servings)
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Pour marinade over two pieces of 6-oz. salmon, place in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes. Makes two servings.
