April-May Beach Ready Now Challenge Groups
Summer is right around the corner! Spring is the perfect time to join one of the Beach Ready Now Challenge Groups. We will get your eating habits back on track and your body back in shape just in time for warmer weather. The Beach Ready Now coaches have Power Challenge Groups starting on April 14th and May 5th. Each one will provide individual accountability, inspiration, and support in a private group setting. One of them is sure to fit your own diet and fitness needs. Choose from:

These groups are for those willing to put in the time and energy to achieve awesome results. Our coaches will help you every step of the way, providing you with the support, information, and motivation that’s required.
21-Day Fix

Introductory “Mini” Groups for Late April*
Not sure if a challenge group is right for you? Try one of our sample “mini” groups. Each Beach Ready Now Coach is hosting a sampler group this month targeting different dietary and exercise goals.
Clean Eating Challenge – Get back on track with your eating habits by learning what to avoid and what to eat more of. In this group, Maggie will keep you accountable and motivated by offering free printables and prizes. Starts April 1st. (Lead by Coach Maggie)
Bikini Booty Challenge – By popular demand, our Bikini Booty Challenge is back! With this challenge, you’ll get to know your other female challengers in a private Facebook group. Daily challenges, workouts, motivation, and accountability provided. (Lead by Coach Kim). UPDATE: Round THREE starts April 28th.
7-Day Abs Challenge (ROUND TWO) – The Beach Ready Now 7-Day Abs Challenge is designed to blast those abdominals with simple yet effective exercises. You don’t need any equipment, just a desire to succeed. Each day you will get a set of exercises, a tip, plus the support and encouragement required to make it happen. (Lead by Coach Mark). UPDATE: Round TWO starts April 28th.
10-Day Plank and Squat Challenge – Planking and squatting are great ways to get results in a short period of time. In the Beach Ready Now 10-Day Plank and Squat challenge, we will focus on strengthening and toning the entire body in just 6-8 minutes each day! (Lead by Coach Melissa)
7-Day Tank Top Challenge – Are you ready to bare your arms and rock those tank tops? During Beach Ready Now 7-Day Tank Top challenge, we will focus on strengthening and toning the arms, upper body and core. (Lead by Coach Melissa). Starts April 28th.
*Space in these groups is limited. We will reserve spots for those who have purchased a challenge pack from one of our Beach Ready Now coaches in the past six months first. Remaining spots will then be filled by those who have not yet tried one of our free challenges. If space permits, we will fill any remaining spots with those who have done free challenge groups in the past.
