Look at what I recently found at ALDI!! Ahi Tuna (another name for yelllowfin tuna) is delicious and GOOD for you. It’s packed with protein, and it contains those omega-3 fatty acids that help with brain function. It’s also rich in selenium, which supports a healthy immune system.
Cooking these bad boys is pretty easy, it literally takes just a few minutes. What I like to do is dip them in a mixture of soy (or Bragg’s Liquid Aminos) and honey – about equal parts. Then, dip them in sesame seeds to form a crust. Pan sear on medium high for just a couple minutes on each side. I prefer mine very rare, my husband likes his a little bit more done than I do. I serve with rice, soy, and Wasabi. Super easy!!
