We love Kat! She is the modifier for the 21 Day Fix. I feel like she’s a close personal friend since I work out with her in the bedroom a few times a week.

All kidding aside, Kat is the one to watch when you start out. If the workout are difficult for you, which I HOPE they are, try to keep up with Kat. Then, in future rounds, ease off the modifiers as you can and ADD HEAVIER WEIGHTS. Then, and only then, will you be ready to tackle the next challenge: 21 Day Fix Extreme.
