STOP AT TRADER JOE’S BEFORE TRIPS
Tips from Illana for travel – “Staying in a hotel this weekend so picked up a few goodies to help set me up for success. Made sure I was #veggiesmost with super low maintenance veggies. Topped with super awesome accessories (love to find dips with 40 calories or less for 2 tablespoons so i can eat and enjoy them more liberally – while still tracking of course). Got some precooked hard boiled eggs, which are easy to fit in a hotel refrigerator. And some FFC high fiber crackers- mainly for my husband because I have a harder time controlling myself with these so I tend not to get started. The whole trip took $20 and 10 minutes!! And will likely save us loads more bc we won’t need to get as much from restaurants, vending machines or room service.

That is spaghetti squash! And this green dressing from Trader Joe’s tastes like pesto but is much lower in calories and fat!
Island Soyaki
This stuff is great to use to marinate salmon!
SOOO Many Good Dips and Spreads at Trader Joe’s
Instead of chips or crackers, try slicing veggies to scoop them up! I like organic cucumber, mushrooms and red peppers. This totally satisfies your need to munch without the guilt.
A Great Healthy Pasta Sauce
Try over zoodles or spaghetti squash for #VEGGIESMOST
