21 Day Fix Meal Plans and Ideas
If you’re creating a 21-Day Fix Meal Plan, we’ve got some creative yet DELICIOUS recipes and ideas for you below. However, as you become accustomed to clean eating and the 21 Day Fix lifestyle, you’ll want to learn how to create your own meal plans and menus. When you do that, you’ll be able to incorporate the recipes you like most, use up the foods you already have in your house, and set yourself up for success. Don’t get discouraged if it seems a little bit overwhelming at first. If you stick with the plan, you’ll find your own favorite recipes, snacks, and prep habits. I find that my favorite foods get eaten over and over again, and food prep and eating healthy foods have become second nature (here’s my go-to 21 Day Fix Grocery List ). You may also find it helpful to know how to figure out container counts for foods you enjoy that combine foods from more than one container.
21 Day Fix Challenge Groups
Why join a challenge group? Having coach and peer support will help you succeed with the 21 Day Fix program! I have been coaching others through the 21 Day Fix program since early 2014 and have many success stories. I know what questions my challengers usually have (some of them are answered here: 21 Day Fix FAQ) and can offer my own tips and advice. We also typically talk about things that hold us back, such as weekend temptations, mindset, emotional eating, family members who are not on board, etc. I will provide daily accountability check-ins, recipes, menu plans and tricks to help you succeed. Our groups typically take place on Facebook in a closed, private setting. I’ll walk you through the program, share more menu plans and ideas, and answer your questions.
