21-Day Fix Crock Pot Recipes
If you’re participating in our 21-Day Fix Challenge Group, you may be looking for some easy, yet flavorful new recipes. Most clean-eating, healthy crock pot recipes can be adapted to fit the 21-Day Fix. The challenge is knowing how much of each container to count as a portion. The 21-Day Fix Crock Pot recipes below are a little bit easier to figure out. Since meat is the main component, you’ll use your red box (protein) to calculate portion sizes. In some cases, veggies (green container) go in the crock pot as well. Don’t get so hung up on calculating the exact portion sizes that you give up in frustration. As long as your calculation is in the ballpark, you’ll do fine. Check out our list of clean eating substitutions as well, so that when a recipe calls for sour cream you’ll know to swap it for Greek yogurt.
