Our first ALDI 21 Day Fix Menu Plan and Shopping List was so popular last week, we decided to bring you another one! This menu is for 21 Day Fixers on the lowest calorie plan (1,200 – 1,499). Each item is one serving for a total of 4 red containers, 3 greens, 2 purples, 2 yellows, and 1 blue and orange daily. If you are on a higher calorie plan, simply add in extra servings where needed. Use your 21 Day Fix containers as your guide. You are allowed two snacks per day, when it works best for you.
Your orange container can be used for salad dressing as needed. Here are

B: One Whole Wheat Waffle with 100% Maple Syrup and Strawberries on Top
L: Chicken Salad on a Salad
D: Leftover Garlic Chicken Pasta and Steamed Broccoli with Cheese
Two Snacks: Shakeology and 2 tsp. Nut Butter with an Apple
Thursday
B: Overnight Cinnamon & Syrup Oats
L: Turkey Bacon, Avocado, and Tomato Sandwich (One slice, open faced. Or
