2016 Beachbody Coach Summit was AMAZING. I had a wonderful time at my first Summit last year, but this year was even better. I honestly didn’t think that was possible!! What is Coach Summit? It goes WAY beyond health and fitness. Imagine an entire downtown filled with coaches of all shapes, sizes, ages, and backgrounds. Next, imagine being surrounded by an atmosphere of positivity, encouragement and excitement. That only begins to describe it. It is about connecting with others, feeling empowered and learning to be a better version of yourself. Some of my highlights:
