Stir-Fried Veggies #1
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin coconut oil
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 medium carrot, cut diagonally
- 1/4 C. broccoli florets
- 1/2 medium bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 C. cauliflower florets
- 1/4 C. asparagus pieces
- 1/4 C. green onion
- 1 Tbsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos
Stir-Fried Veggies #2
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin coconut oil
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 medium carrot, cut diagonally
- 1/2 C. broccoli florets
- 1/2 medium bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium zucchini, cut lengthwise, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos
Heat coconut oil and sesame oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add carrot and/or cauliflower, cook for 1-2 minutes. Add remaining veggies. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until tender-crips. Season with liquid aminos. Makes 2 servings.
