Clean Eating Greek Chicken Wraps
I love Greek food because it’s flavorful, tangy, and is good for you. I don’t have exact measurements for this Greek Chicken Wraps recipe because I’m a tweaker. I adjust as I go along, tasting along the way. You don’t have to use the same ingredients, either. Feel free to adjust according to what you have on hand in your fridge, and what needs to be used up. Anything goes! I had about a cup of cubed chicken left over, so I made it into a Mediterannean chicken salad on whole grain wraps from ALDI. It was delicious… no guilt!
Dressing for Greek Chicken Wraps:
1/2 C. Greek yogurt
Garlic powder
Lemon juice (I used about 1/3 C.)
Salt and pepper to taste
Salad Mix-Ins for Greek Chicken Wraps:
Black olives, sliced
Chicken, cubed
3 tomatoes, diced
Feta cheese
Onion, diced
I used the ALDI Fit & Active wraps with a slice of romaine lettuce and added my Greek chicken salad. Yummy!! Store the remaining salad in an airtight container in the fridge.
