2 15.5 cans reduced sodium Great Northern Beans (drained)
1 15-oz. can corn (drained)
1-4.5 oz. can green chopped green chiles
2-14.5 oz. cans reduced sodium chicken broth
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 lime, juiced
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper or chipotle chili pepper
black pepper to tasteCook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred chicken. Garnish with cilantro and Greek yogurt if desired.
