Clean Eating Chicken Tenders
1 1/2 lb. chicken breast, cut into pieces
1 1/2 C. whole wheat flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 C. milk
2 C. whole wheat breadcrumbs
Salt and black pepper
Seasoning to taste
Preheat oven to 375F. Cut chicken into pieces. Season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, add seasoning to whole wheat flour. In another bowl, add beaten eggs and milk. In third bowl, breadcrumbs. Dredge chicken pieces in flour, shaking off excess. Next, dip in egg mixture, then finally breadcrumbs to coat on all sides.
Place the breaded chicken tenders onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
